Single Side Cross Lunge to W Shoulder Press


This is a combination of two of some of my favorite exercises. Cross Lunges + W Shoulder Press. W shoulder press is great because we focus on keeping our shoulders back. This does a great job of engaging our entire backside + shoulders. 

Cross Lunges is a great glutes exercise. I like to do both of these exercises by themselves too! So this combination would be great for someone if they are in a rush or like to mix it up!
