Single Leg Hip Thrusts



This is an instructional video on how to do a single leg hip thrust. This is a great hip dominant exercise that can be done anywhere! It is important to have your back on an elevated surface.

This exercise is hard! I see many people struggle with this and it takes times with practice to be able to do this exercise correctly!

In this video I do body weight, but you can incorporate dumbbells, barbells or many other forms of resistance! 

A great idea is to use a resistance band for this exercise to add tension. You would put the band above the knees on your quads and push through the resistance band.
