This is a great legs or glutes exercise that you can do at home or at the gym. If you are at home this is an excellent exercise because of the lack of equipment you may have.

If you are the gym I still recommend this exercise! You can make this challenging in a variety of ways. You can add weight and hold it how you feel or by following the trainers orders.

You can also put your foot on an elevated surface. Increase the ROM is a great way for you to make this harder and continue to push yourself & progressively overload

You can do this for 3 x 20 each side or 3 x :20 seconds each side or if you want a real challenge 3 x :40 seconds each side and this is being a beast!
